Founded in 2019 under the banner of Tirupati Infratech, Aura Homes is the brainchild of Mr. Vijay Arora—an accomplished entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the textile and garment export industries.

Mr. Arora is the founder of Tirupati Textiles, a reputed fabric processing facility, and Sandhya Exports, a vertically integrated garment export house. His legacy in the textile sector is marked by uncompromising quality, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of craftsmanship—all values that now form the foundation of Aura Homes.

What began as a personal initiative to solve a challenging parking situation led to the development of a distinctive triplex home, showcasing Mr. Arora’s passion for architecture, detail, and innovative living solutions. This passion quickly evolved into a larger vision: to create exceptional residential spaces that elevate the living experience for families in our community.

Today, Aura Homes stands at an exciting crossroads as the next generation steps in to shape the future. Mr. Arora is joined by his son, Shivain Arora, and nephew, Lakshay Batra, who bring fresh perspectives, contemporary design sensibilities, and a dynamic, forward-thinking approach to the business.
